1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a license or subscription for UI Color Palette, you agree to these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all purchases made through Lemon Squeezy or Figma.

2. Licenses, Subscriptions, and Pricing

2.1 Lemon Squeezy (One-time purchase)

• /personal: For individual use only.

• /team: For use by up to 3 users within a single organization.

2.2 Figma (Subscription)

2.3 Educational License (Free)

• /education: Available only to currently enrolled students or educational institutions. Only institutional email addresses (e.g., ending in .edu, or your school’s domain) are accepted. Personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not eligible.

3. Payment and Delivery

• All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Figma, depending on the purchase platform.

• Access to the product is granted immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Lemon Squeezy Purchases

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except as described below.

Exceptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• The product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

• You purchased the wrong license by mistake.

• There was a payment error (e.g., duplicate charge).

Process: Contact [email protected] with your order number and a detailed explanation. We will review your request and may offer a refund or alternative solution at our sole discretion.

4.2 Figma Subscriptions

Refunds for Figma subscriptions are subject to Figma’s Refund Policy. UI Color Palette does not handle these refunds.

4.3 EU Consumers

Under EU law, you lose your right to withdraw from a digital product once delivery has started (e.g., download or access granted). By purchasing, you explicitly agree to this term.

5. License and Subscription Usage

• Licenses and subscriptions are non-transferable.

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute the product or your license/subscription.

• Each seat must be assigned to a unique user within your organization.

• Educational licenses are strictly for non-commercial, educational use. Any commercial use or use with a non-institutional email address will result in immediate termination. We reserve the right to revoke any educational license at any time if we determine that the provided email address is not affiliated with an educational institution.

6. Intellectual Property

UI Color Palette remains the sole property of its creators. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product according to these terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license or subscription if you violate these terms. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

UI Color Palette is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will meet all your requirements or be error-free. In no event shall the creators of UI Color Palette be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
